Clear Terms, Clear Scope, Good Work
Updated 26 September 2026: An earlier version of this post said every Kilwhiss service was monthly, could be cancelled at any time and had no minimum term or exit fee. That was too broad. Contract terms depend on the service and the written agreement.
Before work starts, you should know what is included, who is responsible and what you are agreeing to. We want those details to be easy to discuss, whether you need a one-off project or ongoing support.
Different services need different agreements
A website project, a hosting plan, managed IT support and a multi-company engagement do not necessarily have the same billing period, notice requirement or cancellation terms. We will explain the applicable scope, charges, contract period and exit arrangements in the proposal and relevant service terms before you commit. Please do not assume that a particular service is month-to-month or has no minimum term.
The Kilwhiss Group website terms explain that the specific terms for a service also apply and take precedence where they differ. Kilwhiss Cloud is operated by the separate company Kilwhiss Cloud Ltd; its own terms apply to its services.
Questions worth asking before you agree
- Which company will provide the service and be named in the agreement?
- What work is included, and what would cost extra?
- What are the payment period, minimum term, renewal and notice rules?
- If the service ends, what happens to access, data, handover and any charges?
Clear communication matters too
You should be able to reach the right team and understand how a request will be handled. The contact route, response arrangements and any service levels should be clear in the agreed service, rather than assumed from a general Group article.
If you are comparing options, find the relevant Kilwhiss specialist or tell us what you need. We can explain the proposed scope and terms in writing before any work begins.
